Start by submitting a proposal request — it takes about 2 minutes. Tell us your business name, what industry you're in, what services interest you, and your rough budget. We'll review your current online presence before we ever respond, so when we reach out, we already have a point of view on what we'd do for your business. No generic sales calls.

Fast. Ad campaigns (Google or Meta) are typically running within 5–7 business days of signing. New website projects average 10–14 business days to launch. Email sequences are usually live within 10 business days. We move quickly because we use AI-assisted builds and pre-built systems optimized specifically for this industry — not starting from a blank page every time.

No. Most clients come to us knowing they need help but not exactly what. That's fine — part of our proposal process is helping you figure out the right starting point based on your goals, your current situation, and your budget. We'll recommend what actually makes sense, not just what costs the most.

We review your submission, look at your current website, check what your competitors are doing online, and put together a clear recommendation. You'll hear from us within 1 business day. If we think we can help, we'll say exactly what we'd do and what it would cost. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

No long-term contracts and no minimum commitment beyond the first month. We work month-to-month on all ongoing services. Website projects are one-time flat fees. We believe in earning your business every month with results — not locking you in.

Yes. LeapNorth is based in Austin, TX but we serve clients across the United States. The trucking, logistics, and transportation industries are national — so are we. Our campaigns, websites, and strategies are built for your specific market, whether that's a regional Texas carrier or a national 3PL.

Website management covers keeping your site running properly after launch: security updates, plugin/software updates, uptime monitoring, minor content edits (text, images, hours, contact info), monthly performance reports, and emergency support if something breaks. It's the difference between your website being a static brochure and an actively maintained business asset.

We handle everything. For Google Ads, we write all the ad copy, build the campaign structure, set the targeting, and manage the bidding strategy. For Meta Ads, we provide creative direction and copy — if you have photos or video of your operation we'll use them, and if you don't, we work with stock assets and design simple graphics. You never need to hand us a finished ad.

Google Ads captures demand — people actively searching for what you offer right now ("commercial tire dealer Dallas" or "OTR carrier Texas to California"). Meta Ads creates demand — reaching people who aren't searching but match your target profile (fleet managers, operations directors, warehouse buyers). Most clients benefit from both, but if you're on a tighter budget, Google Ads typically produces faster ROI for trucking industry businesses. We'll tell you which makes more sense for your specific situation.

It means automating the manual work that's eating your team's time. Common examples: an AI agent that handles incoming quote requests and sends back a draft quote without a human touching it; automated dispatch update notifications sent to customers; an AI intake system that qualifies new leads before they get to a salesperson; automated billing reminders and follow-ups. We analyze your specific operations, find the highest-value repetitive tasks, and build AI tools to handle them. Most clients see 15–25 hours of manual work eliminated per week.

SEO is included as part of every website we build — on-page optimization, proper heading structure, meta tags, schema markup, page speed, and mobile optimization are all standard. Ongoing SEO (content creation, link building, local listing management) is available as part of higher-tier plans. For most of our clients, Google Ads produces faster and more predictable results than SEO alone, so we typically recommend starting with paid search and building organic presence over time.

Yes. Multi-location businesses are a significant part of our client base — commercial tire dealers with multiple shops, carriers with terminals in different states, warehouses in multiple markets. We build campaigns, websites, and strategies that account for multiple locations and can track performance by location.

We can. LinkedIn is particularly effective for freight brokerages and logistics technology companies targeting corporate shippers and enterprise procurement teams. It's more expensive per click than Google or Meta but reaches a more targeted B2B audience. We'll recommend LinkedIn if it fits your sales cycle and budget.

Review generation is included in our Email & SMS Marketing service — we build automated sequences that request reviews from satisfied customers at the right moment. We don't offer traditional reputation management (responding to reviews, suppressing negative results) as a standalone service, but we can set up the systems that proactively generate positive reviews before problems compound.

Because we replaced most of the overhead that drives agency costs up. Traditional agencies charge $10,000–$30,000/month because they staff a 10-person team to manage your account manually — account managers, copywriters, media buyers, analysts, project managers. We've automated most of that with AI: automated reporting, AI-generated and tested ad copy, machine-learning bid optimization, automated performance alerts. You get faster results, higher quality work, and a bill that doesn't require you to question whether you can afford to keep marketing.

Our published prices are the entry point for each service. Final pricing depends on scope — how many ad campaigns, how many website pages, how many locations, how complex your setup is. A single-location owner-operator and a 50-truck regional carrier both need Google Ads, but the scope is different. We give you exact pricing in your proposal after we understand your specific situation. There are no surprises — everything is agreed to before we start.

No. Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta — it never flows through us. You own your ad accounts. We manage the strategy, structure, and optimization. This is important for two reasons: your data stays yours if you ever leave, and you can see exactly what you're spending on ads vs. what you're paying us to manage them.

No setup fees on any plan. The first invoice is just the service fee for month one. We absorb the setup work as part of onboarding because we believe the relationship should start with us delivering value, not billing you for paperwork.

Month-to-month means you can cancel with 30 days notice, no penalty. We don't do contracts because we don't need to — if we're producing results, you'll stay. If we're not, you should leave. It's that simple.

Yes. Clients on our Growth and Enterprise plans get bundled pricing that's meaningfully less than buying each service individually. The more of your marketing we manage, the more efficiently we can run it — and we pass that savings on. Exact bundled pricing is in your proposal.

It's real, and we're specific about what it does. AI in our operation means: automated ad copy generation and A/B testing (we run 10x more ad variations than a human team could manage), machine-learning bid optimization that adjusts bids in real time based on performance signals, automated reporting that pulls from multiple platforms and delivers clean summaries to your inbox, and AI-built content for email campaigns and landing pages. Where humans still win — strategy, industry knowledge, relationship management — humans do it. Where AI wins — speed, scale, pattern recognition, 24/7 operation — AI does it.

Both. AI generates first drafts at scale — ad copy variations, email sequences, blog posts, landing page copy. Humans (us) review, edit, and refine everything before it goes live. The AI gives us speed and volume. The human review gives it accuracy and voice. Nothing goes to your audience without a human sign-off.

For most of our clients — small to mid-size trucking companies, tire dealers, brokerages — there is no dedicated marketing team. LeapNorth plus AI is the marketing team. For larger clients who have in-house marketing staff, we function as a force multiplier: your team focuses on strategy and relationships, we handle execution at a scale no in-house team could match.

Google's Smart Bidding and Performance Max campaigns use machine learning to optimize bids in real time based on signals like time of day, device, location, search query, and historical conversion data. We set up the campaign architecture, feed it the right conversion signals (calls, form fills, quote requests), and let the algorithm optimize toward the outcomes that matter for your business. We monitor performance daily and intervene when the algorithm needs human correction — which it does, especially early in a campaign.

Yes. We don't store your customer data on LeapNorth systems — your customer data stays in your ad accounts, your email platform, your CRM. We access those platforms with defined permissions and access is revoked immediately if you leave. For IT Security clients, we help you establish data security policies and practices. We follow industry-standard security practices in our own operations.

We specialize in the commercial transportation and logistics ecosystem — Class 8 fleets, freight brokerages, commercial tire dealers, warehouses, 3PLs, towing and recovery operators, heavy-duty repair shops, logistics technology companies, and construction companies with commercial fleets. If your business touches the freight and transportation world, we know your customers, your competition, and your buying cycles. We don't work with restaurants, retail, or consumer brands — not because we couldn't, but because staying in our lane makes us better at it.

A warehouse is a storage facility. A 3PL (third-party logistics provider) is a company that handles outsourced logistics operations — typically storage, fulfillment, and sometimes transportation management — on behalf of another company. A 3PL is almost always also a warehouse, but a warehouse isn't necessarily a 3PL. We work with both. The marketing challenge is the same: neither shows up online the way they should, and both lose business to more digitally visible competitors.

It depends on your goals. Our Starter plan at $799/mo is built for single operators and small fleets who want a professional online presence and one active ad channel. If you're trying to get off load boards and build direct shipper relationships, a website plus Google Ads is the fastest path. If your budget is under $500/month total, we're probably not the right fit right now — but we'll tell you that upfront rather than taking your money and underdelivering.

Yes. We don't do compliance consulting — that's not what we are — but we understand the regulatory landscape well enough to make sure your marketing is accurate and doesn't create compliance exposure. We know what carriers can and can't claim in advertising, how to market ELD compliance and safety records appropriately, and how to speak credibly to fleet managers who will scrutinize those claims.

Driver recruiting campaigns are something we build for clients on a case-by-case basis. Meta Ads (Facebook) is particularly effective for reaching CDL drivers, and landing pages optimized for driver applications convert significantly better than a generic "careers" page. If driver recruiting is a significant need, mention it in your proposal request and we'll address it specifically.

National agencies that serve hundreds of tire dealers use templated campaigns — the same ad copy, the same landing pages, the same strategy — across all their clients. Your competitors in your market may be using the same agency with the same templates. LeapNorth builds custom campaigns for your specific market, your specific competitors, and your specific service mix. We also move faster and cost less. If your current agency is producing results, stay with them. If you're not sure, request a proposal and we'll give you an honest comparison.
